Believe in yourself

Just remember that your life will be affected by what you do not what other is doing. Life is short.  Everyone has their own struggle and success. Don’t compare your situation with others. You won’t get unbelievable things if you don’t take risks. If you want to get what 99% of people are not getting, you have to do what 99% are not doing. If you have done any mistakes in the past, then learn from them and move on. Past was just an experience. Your present will make your future. Don’t go through life, rather grow through life.

Turn down the volume of your inner critic

Everyone has one obnoxious roommate in the head, who is always there with the critical, self-doubting comment. But that doesn’t mean you have to listen. When the negative judgments start to blare, hit the switch-off button of your head.

Don’t aim to be fearless

There is no such thing as the total and complete absence of fear in the world. After all, fear has an important purpose in our life you cannot rid yourself of. Without it, we wouldn’t become aware of challenges, have no incentive to grow, not know when we are beyond our comfort zone, and wouldn’t know that jumping off a cliff can and most likely will kill us. View fear as a guide. Because this is what fear really is.

It is there to make you aware of potential threats and dangers and to show you where opportunities for growth are. So suppressing or even denying your fear is detrimental to your overall health and success in life.

Look past your obstacles and see endless opportunities

Preoccupation with impediments allows us to climb only so high. Keep your mind open to new adventures and you’ll surpass every expectation.

Stop comparing yourself to others

In this game, no one wins. Also stop comparing yourself to supermodels, who don’t even look like the perfectly lit and airbrushed supermodels we usually see in magazines.

Destigmatize failure

Leaders who respond to all failures, in the same way, will not create a healthy environment for learning. When a failure occurs because someone violated a rule or value that matters in the organization, this is very different than when a thoughtful hypothesis in the lab turns out to be wrong. A productive response to intelligent failure can mean actually celebrating the news. Thus destigmatize your failures and become fearless.

Understand the difference between rational and irrational fears

Rational fears are fears like driving without your seatbelt on, walking through fire, falling off a very high spot, or living in poverty. Basically, anything that can kill you or dramatically worsen your life situation. On the other hand, Irrational fears are fears like approaching people you feel attracted to and asking them out, social anxiety, a fear of not being good enough, a fear of losing control over yourself, and a fear of loneliness.

Although they are all valid subjective experiences, these irrational fears are more of a hindrance and don’t protect you at all. In fact, they worsen your quality of life.

As such, it is important to transcend and let go of these irrational fears either by leaving your comfort zone or by exposing yourself to the perceived threat as a way to make your mind and body realize that the threat is not real.

Be assertive in love to be fearless in relationships

Know what you want out of your relationship and have the courage to express yourself to get it. And if you don’t get it and if the other person can’t even handle the mere expression of your needs then make yourself strong enough to walk away.

Always remember– True fearlessness comes from a deep and complete acceptance of ourselves not from what we wear, or how we look, or what we do, or what we accomplish. Feel the fear and do it anyway. If you’re scared shitless of talking to this girl/boy you feel attracted to or feel like everyone is judging and focusing on you when you are in crowded places, you got to learn to acknowledge the fear and act anyway. Almost always will you find that this fear is really just your egos and bodies’ way of protecting you from harm and keeping you in the known.

Sanction clear violations

Rejection can sometimes be an appropriate and productive response to a blameworthy act. But won’t this kill the psychological safety? No. Most people are thoughtful enough to recognize (and appreciate) that when people violate rules or repeatedly take risky shortcuts, they are putting themselves, their colleagues, and their organization at risk.

In short, psychological safety is reinforced rather than harmed by fair, thoughtful responses to potentially dangerous, harmful, or sloppy behavior. Leadership is a vital force in making it possible for people and organizations to overcome the inherent barriers to voice and engagement. We must be realistic about all the facts. So don’t fear rejection.

Read inspirational books

Reading some inspirational good books will make realize your potential. Read some optimistic content and be positive in your life. Reading books will help you a lot to improve your thoughts.

Meditation

Meditation can be a great technique for self-confidence gaining and boosting your memory and will surely eliminate self-doubt and fear.

Confidence

It simply means the presence of the mind. You cannot gain confidence overnight. What u need is practice, because practice is the key to everything as we all know practice makes a man perfect. Confidence is a skill that needs to be developed.

Gather a small audience of your friends and family and deliver a speech in front of them. Even speak to yourself while standing in front of the mirror. The key to confidence and fearlessness is self-trust and self-motivation. Trust yourself even though you will do well and motivate yourself enough that you can achieve your skill.
